Easter Cupcake Toppers

Today I want to share one idea of how the cupcake toppers from the Easter Party Printable set can be used to dress up your Easter.  This is such an easy and beautiful way to make individual cakes for your beloved guests.  Ditch the cupcake liners and bring out the Bell Mason jars (available at your local hardware store).  If you have yet to bake cupcakes this way, you'll be amazed at how moist and delicious these turn out!

We wanted the little cakes to look like patches of garden.  To accomplish this, we filled the jars 1/2 to 3/4 full with chocolate cake batter (we used Pamela's GF cake mix).  Once the cake had baked and cooled, we added a layer of chocolate frosting (this step is optional). Then we topped it off with ground Oreo cookies (just grind the cookie not the filling) to give the illusion of dirt.  Next, we finished it off by adding the Carrot Top and Bunny Ear Cupcake Toppers.  Voila!  An adorable edible Easter garden!

Let the Hunt Begin!

I have so many joyous memories of hunting for eggs every Easter as a child.  It's for this reason we decided to include a set of Easter Egg Hunt Signs along with the Easter Party Printable, available in the  shop.  Like the Children's Bunny Mask we are making these Printable Signs available to purchase separately from the bundle as well.

May this Easter be as sweet and joyous as ever for you and your family!

We just couldn't resist designing a Children's Easter Placemat to go with our Easter Party Printable set, which is new to the Shop this season.  Oh, and we're also giving it to you for FREE!  How cool is that!  All you need to do is click on the button below to download the pdf.  The placemat is designed to be copied onto 11x17 inch paper so we had Kinkos do the copying for us (super cheap!).  Enjoy!  There is so much fun waiting for you and your little ones!
